Sales Representative

Job Summery:

The Lab Sales Representative is responsible for generating prosthetic cases, supporting daily lab operations, and maintaining strong relationships with dental clinics to ensure timely case flow and payments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate and increase prosthetic cases for the lab
• Perform daily scanning of prosthetic cases
• Follow up with clinics on ongoing and pending prosthetic cases
• Handle cash collection from assigned accounts
• Manage daily pickup and delivery of lab cases
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinics and the lab

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a closely related field. ​
• Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical product sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in dental lab or dental field preferred
• Basic knowledge of prosthetic cases
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage daily field activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
